Shipping & delivery

We offer free shipping on all New Zealand orders. All orders are shipped from our office in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Orders will be shipped with 24 business hours (usually sooner!)

We use NZPOST for all NZ orders, delivery is usually overnight, please allow an extra day or two if you are rural. 

For international orders, we use DHL express. For Australian orders up to $100 the shipping fee is $19.95 & takes 2-3 days for delivery.

Australian orders over $100 will receive free express shipping. 

All other countries are also shipped with DHL express and usually take between 2-7 days for delivery depending on where you are based. International shipping rates are $45-$55.
